About the Journal

The Netherlands American Studies Review, first published in the Spring of 2020, is the bi-annual student journal of the Netherlands American Studies Association. Through this journal, we aim to showcase the best work that students at Dutch universities have to offer in North American Studies, including, but not limited to, history, politics, literature, and society.

By publishing our students’ best papers and book reviews, we aim to promote and celebrate their valuable contributions to our field. We welcome students at all stages of their higher education to join us in this endeavor by submitting their best work.
